We started Hardcore Meals with our love of cooking and the need to have proper nutrition for athletic performance. Your Chefs, Scott Breazeale and Joe Nader have countless years in professional kitchens. We have spent the last 12 years cooking for professional athletes. We all have hectic schedules, and we see the need for Chef Driven Performance Nutrition for everyday athletes. It takes a lot of time and planning to eat correctly. We wanted to share our knowledge and expertise with folks, to provide the edge to succeed. We partnered with Jennifer Gratz who brings with her decades in the sales and marketing world. Together we form the perfect combination of grit, determination and hard work to bring you Hardcore Meals.
